Our lines are equipped with 15 high-end collaborative robots from Japan — 5 six-axis articulated arms and 10 four-axis SCARA arms — all able to work safely and smoothly alongside line operators, handling molding assistance, precision pick-and-place, and finished-product stacking. Paired with high-end injection molding equipment from Germany, this precise human-robot division of labor is built on a stable, reliable process foundation, ensuring every detail is executed with consistent accuracy even in complex production runs.

Sanhao extends automation into key stages such as bonding and surface treatment: an automated adhesive application system delivers more precise, uniform bonding, while a laser cleaning system handles surface pre-treatment to ensure bonding quality and cleanliness. Intelligent Inspection|AI Optical Inspection × In-House R&D, Dual-Layer Assurance
On the quality inspection side, Sanhao combines AI optical inspection with our in-house-developed automated flash inspection machine. Consistent, repeatable machine judgment replaces traditional manual visual checks, eliminating eye fatigue and subjective error while significantly improving inspection accuracy and efficiency.
