First Choice for Large Parts: Our facility is equipped with a 1200T vacuum rubber compression molding machine featuring a worktable as large as 2000x1500mm and a 2RT action structure. This heavy-equipment advantage lets us reliably process oversized rubber products while ensuring even distribution of high pressure.

Highly Flexible Production Capacity: For precision components, we operate up to 10 units of 200T vacuum rubber compression molding machines (3RT structure), along with multiple 500T and 300T models. Whether for high-precision micro parts or large-scale mass-production orders, our capacity allocation is highly adaptable.

Cold Runner Technology for Environmental Friendliness and Cost Efficiency

Waste-Free, High-Efficiency Production: We have introduced a total of 11 cold runner rubber injection molding machines (ranging from 200T to 300T). The cold runner technology significantly reduces the runner waste typical of conventional rubber injection, lowering material costs for customers while aligning with green manufacturing trends.

High Automation: Among these, 7 units of 300T equipment feature a 4RT action structure, significantly improving demolding and production automation while ensuring consistent product yield.

LSR Medical and Electronic-Grade Applications: The facility is specially equipped with 3 LSR liquid silicone rubber casting machines, dedicated to high-purity, contamination-free precision silicone molding, perfectly meeting the stringent standards of the high-tech electronics and medical device industries.

One-Stop Service Across Materials: In addition to standard rubber, we also have a 150T thermoplastic injection molding machine (German-made precision equipment) and a PU casting machine, meeting customers' procurement and development needs for diverse composite materials.

High-Precision Calendering and Comprehensive Post-Processing

Micron-Level Thickness Control: Our professional 4-roll calendering machine precisely controls the molding thickness of films and sheets within a narrow tolerance of 0.05mm to 1.50mm, demonstrating outstanding calendering craftsmanship.

Precise Secondary Processing: Equipped with 3 cylindrical grinding machines, providing precise surface and dimensional finishing to ensure the final product's appearance and dimensional accuracy meet the utmost requirements.

Both are equipped with FISCHER spindles reaching speeds up to 24,000 rpm, and use an HSK-A63 tool interface, providing high-speed, high-precision mold milling capability.
MITSUBISHI SV12P (EDM Machine):
Equipped with a 950x700x450 mm machining tank, capable of handling electrodes up to 80 kg, suitable for detailed EDM machining of precision mold cavities.
CHMER CM865C (EDM Machine):
